20/04/2022 – A 37-year-old man was arrested for drug trafficking in the Marapé neighborhood. Police officers went to his house to carry out a search and seizure warrant, when officers arrived at the property, they found 62 portions of cocaine packaged for sale. The material was seized, and the criminal arrested.
24/04/2022 – Four men were arrested after participating in a robbery at a pharmacy on Avenida Senador Feijó, in the Encruzilhada neighborhood. A Military Police team that was on patrol came across a parked vehicle that would be involved in the crime. During the police approach, criminals were in a cellar with stolen cell phones and money. It was seized with them, in addition to cell phones and money, medicines, hygiene products and the vehicle involved in the theft.
26/04/2022 – Santos Customs teams found 199 kg of cocaine during routine surveillance work at the Santos Port. The drug, in tablets, was hidden in a shipment of waterproofing agent for concrete. The container was destined for Libya, in North Africa, but before that it would stop in Spain.
27/04/2022 – Four people were arrested after they stole the electrical wiring of the Rubens Ferreira Martins Tunnel, in downtown Santos. The action began when cameras from the City Hall’s Operational Control Center saw suspicious movement of three men and a woman leaving the tunnel and trying to hide. Teams from the Municipal Ostensive Rounds (Romu) were activated and managed to arrest the group. During the approach, cutting pliers, a machete and a large amount of electrical cabling were found.
