The Minister of the Supreme Court (STF) Rosa Weber suspended on Tuesday (17/01), on a provisional basis, the part of the Christmas pardon decree granted by former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) that benefited military police officers convicted of the massacre at Carandiru prison, which occurred in 1992 and resulted in the murder of 111 inmates in the former House of Detention of São Paulo.
