23/05/2022 – A man, known as 17, was arrested by the Military Police for drug trafficking and illegal possession of a firearm in the Miramar neighborhood. With him, the police found 113 crack stones, 102 marijuana packs, 49 cocaine packs, a loaded 9mm pistol and a magazine.
25/05/2022 – The Military Police was called to an incident with firearm shots in the Ajuda de Cima neighborhood. At the scene, they found a man shot dead.
26/05/2022 – The Tactical Action Group (GAT) jointly with the Federal Police arrested one of the leaders of one of the biggest criminal gangs in the city. The man was located in the Nova Macaé neighborhood, where he was treating injuries resulting from an exchange of fire with the Military Police, which took place last week.
