According to data released by the Health Secretaries National Council (Conass) and the Health Ministry, during the 165th (26 February to 04 March) epidemiological week, the number of new Covid-19 confirmed cases in Brazil increased by 73.42% when compared to the 164th (19 to 25 February) week. In terms of deaths of patients with Covid-19, a 59.51% decrease was registered while compared to the 164th week.
According to information released by the Our World in Data webpage on Saturday (11/03), Brazil has 176.06 million people fully vaccinated or 81.77% of its total population.
